SCHEDULED POWER OUTAGE
WHERE: Substation 1 – STI (Stigler Substation)
DATE: Tuesday, December 21, 2021
TIME: Approximately 10:00 a.m.|
DURATION: 3 hours - estimated

We want to notify our members of a scheduled power outage on our system. The Stigler Substation (Substation 1) is scheduled for a planned outage on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, weather permitting. The outage is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. and last approximately three hours. All members receiving power from the Stigler Substation (Substation 1) will be without power during this planned outage. We encourage members to plan accordingly for the outage. The outage is necessary for crews to safely perform the work to upgrade our system. This particular upgrade will be extremely beneficial to our members going forward as it will allow for the transfer of power from substation to substation during planned or unexpected outages, resulting in fewer outages for our members.

Please note the estimated duration of three hours is subject to change should the crew encounter any unforeseen circumstances. Crews will work as quickly as possible to safely complete the upgrade.
